Cancellations Policy

Cancellations by the Customer:

If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return Policy for further guidance.

Cancellations by MummasMatch.com:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Common reasons for cancellation include:

• Limited product availability

• Errors in product or pricing information

• Payment or fraud detection issues

In such cases:

• You may be asked to provide additional information or verification

• If your credit card has already been charged, the amount will be added to your MummasMatch Cash Refund section

• You can choose to refund this amount to your original payment method
